INANIMATE ALICE

1) В данном модуле необходимо было создать собственный вариант интерпретации ключевых фрагментов эпизода Inanimate Alice: Russia.

Episodes	What can we see?	What can we hear?	What shall we do?
Player	Dark wall and the player with Alice's drawings	Knocking sounds, techno music, woman saying something in unknown language	The reader need to change a style of the player, look through Alice's drawings, play the game where catch a Matryoshka
Siberia	Car outlines, view of burning buildings, factories	Forcing music without words and beats	The reader need to follow the plot and view all the pictures
Argument	Black background, white text, red silhouette of man with the gun	scary quiet music and Russian curses	The reader need to read the text and listen what they're saying
Trouble	Dark closet's doors with a little line of light and surging darkness	Man is talking and depressive music	The reader need to mindfully read the text and keep on follow the plot
School	Views of school building, footage of people at school, a lot of boys, photographs from the school	More rhythmic music than was before with Russian motive	The reader need to follow the plot and view all the videos, pictures

 I found the story about Alice in Episode 3 «Russia» very fascinating and intriguing to read, especially in the game form. Reading carefully, my eyes scanned each screen from left to right and I examined every scene of this episode. I followed the story, pressing the arrows. Sometimes the sounds seemed very creepy, but they added texture to the atmosphere.

But during the episode in each scene you had to play a little mini-game to collect a matryoshka which are needed to finish the episode. And in some scenes it was difficult to see the dolls or even if I could see them there just wasn't enough time to click on them before they disappeared. I often had to try multiple times to successfully finish the mini-game.

In conclusion, I would like to give some tips to those who will experience it for the first time – be very attentive and careful when reading this story, try not to get distracted by anything. It needs your close attention and full immersion.
